ETypes is the award The award winning industry standard  tool  for understanding on-line consumer behaviour. It classifies consumers by their usage of the internet and identifies those most likely to make various kinds of purchases on-line.

This product has been developed by CACI using a combination of Forrester Research Survey Data (approximately 100,000 records collected on-line via pop-up questionnaires and Claritas Lifestyle surveys where CACI have access to 22 million records.

Consumers can be classified on two levels:

  •   7 groups denoting life stage and internet usage
  •   23 eTypes detailing on-line behaviour
